    Clutch Pedal Sticking at Floor

Hello everyone, I experienced the first major setback in my s4 since ownership the other night, so i guess that's partly a good thing. Anyway, its a stage 3 01.5 S4 6 speed. Southbend clutch, etc.
I was driving home from work the other evening and got into my neighborhood. All the sudden at 2500 rpm in 1st gear, the car shudders to a stop. Clutch pedal stuck to the floor, white smoke blew through vents and out of cowl, motor turned off, car stuck in 1st gear. No fluid loss/leaks from brake lines or slave lines, brakes and clutch feel always felt solid and consistent so I assumed no air was in the system, clutch (11k) never slipped or never had trouble shifting before this incident. Everything pointed to a bad slave cylinder, so I replaced it with a Sachs unit from ECS. Got it in last night, gravity bled for about a half hour then tried 3 rounds of final bleeding, still nothing. Clutch pedal is still stick at floor, the slave plunger is definitely in the clutch fork, reservoir was adamantly watched to maintain fluid level, system has been bled to where only a steady stream of fluid comes out of bleeder when opened. When i depress the pedal by hand, it is finally giving me resistance but I hear air hissing from the engine bay through the entire travel of the pedal. No bubbling occurring in resevoir, but the pedal still refuses to return to its upright position. What else could be causing this?
Ive narrowed it down to clutch master, but there is no fluid in drivers footwell, or the throwout bearing. Neither seem very fun to replace, but neither did the slave and it wasn't really that bad. If anyone can chime in on possible issues, it would help tremendously. I have read JHM's DIY guide word for word multiple times, and nothing in that thread or any others I have read give me a decent idea of what is going on. Thanks!

Bad clutch master - they fail internally as well (not visually leaking)
