Looking for help in a big way

Hey guys I live in the Carrabassett Valley by Sugarloaf. I have a 2007 A4 2.0t Quattro. I have a car that wont start. When I turn the key nothing happens. No click, no dimming lights, nothing. The starter and ignition switch are new this winter. The fuses are all showing good. The relays under the ECU are all getting voltage from the battery and releasing the same amount once the key is turned except for the relay next to the cabin. That one is only letting 3ish volts through. The was some serious water damage to the innards of the ecu box, Ive cleaned and replaced the relays. I suspect harness but I really have no idea. I have a Bosch code reader, which is currently pulling no codes. I dont have VAGCOM nor do I know how to use it. I need help. I need to be able to start and drive this car in order to get it to Darlings Audi in Bangor and have them go through it. Anybody in this are in MAine able to hook a brotha up? I'm pretty much completly lost. I have also brought it to several mechanics, no one has been able to do shit. HELP!

NEvermind I think I might have found the culprit. The relay harness on the one thats letting limited voltage through looks fried. That would explain the battery drain and the intermittant ECP problems Ive been having. Looking for a replacment harness and going from there. If anyone might have a lead on one......maybe someone parting out a b7.....?
