    Replacing steering wheel and airbag

    Not sure where to post it. I has B5 steering wheel with old TT airbag on my manual allroad for a long time, and everything was file, but did something stupid: ordered a custom steering wheel from Poland, assuming that my airbag will fit..
    It does not:


    Any ideas?

    You need the early B5 (or super early TT) airbag. They are different exactly where you're seeing that gap. Upside is you can pretty easily sell the airbag you have to get the right one.
    This one looks like the one you need:
