That's good stuff. Would have loved to hear more of the cars and less of the music.

Yes well, if you own a go pro you know its hard to capture good sound. The car sounds you do hear are from Mine and shons exhausts. Otherwise from the positions the go pro's are in you would hear mostly wind noise.

I do have a 30 foot mic, but on my car the exhaust DB level is so loud that the mic becomes muffled and sounds like shit. I was gonna let the RS4 borrow my mic but forgot it on the day we went out to use it. Trying to find a good mic and location to get videos is an ongoing process. Most of the videos were wind noise which is why i put the music in. We were there to drive and the video was 2nd on our mind.

Any suggestions and i would gladly try them out.

    Good stuff!

Lots of perspectives and the drone shots are great! The quick cuts work out nicely for the footage shot. Agreed on the GoPro audio and movement causes lots of wind noise. Car sounds are better sitting still. I've shot stationary video like concerts with a realtively cheap mic:

This mic has a standard 1/4 inch camera mount so you can mount it near your gopro. Maybe a stationary 'road side' mic with several car passes?

Long battery life and excellent quality - but you would probably have to put a wind sock to help reduce the breeze - which I do not own nor do I have any first hand experience:

Keep the camera rolling and thanks for sharing!

What a blast! I got a ride like that not too far from here at Hopewell Furnace, but probably nowhere near as long as it is down there. Good stuff!
