Cold start VVT chain slapping valve cover?

Anybody notice this? Only happens on cold starts...really sounds like the VVT chain hitting the valve cover.

Why do I think this you may ask? I use 2 own a Mazda Speed 3, the VVT chain on cold starts would hit the valve cover, it was a TSB.

This sound exactly the same but actually louder in the S4. I have a B8.5 2013 with 34,xxx miles.

Anybody else hear this noise or know anything about it?

My B8 rattles ever so slightly for a few seconds on start up. Can't find it, but I think someone posted up recently about a TSB for tensioner replacement.

i can barely hear it because of my exhaust.. not sure audi will want to perform this tsb for me :(

I've got an intake and that's it lol.

I noticed that once I installed an intake, the sound became louder/more noticeable, but like others the sound only happens on cold starts....not immediately after starting, probably 10 seconds after starting, then the noise lasts for 2-3 seconds and immediately goes away.
