    MAF or other Issue

I was driving the car home yesterday and half way through the trip it started acting up. When I was accelerating from a stop sign, once I got to around 3k RPM's the car would bog and have no power when giving it gas. The ABS and ESP light came on when this happened but no CEL. I was able to drive it the last 3 miles home but had to keep it in low RPM's. I scanned it and had multiple codes. I cleared it and only 2 codes stayed on. One was for the MAF and the other for the ABS system. I don't have the codes with me here at work. The RPM's would flutter at idle and the boost gauge would read about 18 or 19 for vacuum. I unplugged the MAF and the idle acted normal and the vacuum went back to 21. I drove the car around to see if it was still stuttering under acceleration and it drove fine. I did notice that I had no boost. Trying to figure out if I have a bad MAF and other issues or just a bad MAF. I have a MAF on order. I'm a little new dealing with turbo cars, my experience has been with NA VR6's. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Car is an 01 with an EPL Stage 2 tune.

Found a rip on the bottom of the TB boot where it connected to bi-pipe. Small but I guess enough.
