Phil - all the offers / promos are 'great' - but when USP can't deliver the items ordered / or have reliable estimates on when items would become available sales are lost. But USP is good at ringing the cash register (processing payment) while the customer waits. waits, waits to receive the items ordered. I also may add there is no update communication provided to the Customer informing of a delay and updated status. My order # 67434 - and I really wanted the items. But after several attempts / contacts getting different stories as to the issues with no firm ship date - I walked away.
Maybe I'll come back some day but needed to put this out there. - Art

I REALLY do appreciate the feedback. Nothing is perfect right? I hate to say we are far from it. So it looks on your order the DSG Cool Flow housings were causing the delays. It really stinks cause we really like this product. So the last batch we got from our machinist, the pitch on the threads that screw into the housing were just wrong and it took them quite a bit of time to deliver these back to us with the July 4th holiday.

I really wish there was something we could have done there, we could have shipped out the order but during your housing install you would have contacted us irate about it not fitting and we would have had our tails between our legs there. We again, try to do the best we can but it looks like we fell a little short here.

Just as a reminder ALL forum members have direct access to me here. All I need is a post, PM, email, IM or phone call and I do my very best to keep everyone in the loop on what is going on.

I appreciate your time in providing a response.

My intent here is not to belabor the situation, but if I was provided an explanation as to the delay as you provided, I would have understood and my order with USP would not have been cancelled. My action was a last resort out of frustration in feeling that the USP CS rep really had no clue to the reason for the delay.
