Exclamation Help: Random misfires, rough idle, running lean

Car (2014 3.0 TFSI) has been running rough and lean at idle with a small number of random misfires every drive... I've replaced the spark plugs, ignition coils and fuel pump & filter (and tested for vacuum leaks) but had no effect on the misfires... EDIT: cars max boost is 15-15.5 psi with the CTS Turbo pulley

I've been told it could be anything from o2 sensors, carbonization (car has done 20k km), clogged injectors, clogged catalytic converter, dirty MAP sensors, leaking intercooler... couple of VCDS outputs below... anyone had any experience with this?

going to cost a bit to look into every one of these so any advice or previous experience would be great!

Only ones I've had are the top picture below (lean condition, albeit I had 10% ethanol in the car), nothing related to the misfires though (on VCDS that is) probably because they are under spec but other B8.5s for this same year don't have any at all and Audi have acknowledged that there are misfires but not enough to trigger a DTC... car is at the shop now, they're going to take the charger off and look at the injectors

I did once have DTC P2237/28 pump current open circuit relating to O2 sensors B1S1 (but this was during a period where I was trialling the new EPL 93 Stage 2 file, which was causing the car to go into these revving bursts on its own without actual power being generated... the car was flashed back to stock on the side of the road and I haven't tried an EPL ECU file again and this has NOT come back

some other photos I had on my phone... INTERESTINGLY in the second photo the cat sensors temps are quite different but the exhaust temps are the same... does anyone know which one is right for the corresponding exhaust temperature?

Air leak somewhere in the intake tract, or a bad MAP sensor, or a bad Ox sensors, clogged or stuck closed injector, or too low of fuel pressure in the rail (LPFP, or HPFP, or Fuel Rail Pressure sensor). Also, a failed diaphragm in the PCV unit can also cause lean conditions, especially at idle.

Thanks, think I'll start with the injectors and o2 sensors as they seem like the most likely for a car at this amount of kms... while they're in there they can check intercooler cores and all sc lines as well.

    Not something easily diagnosed!
