Looking to do a suspension on my 07 RS4 (either Air Ride or Coilovers)

I'm curious to know if any other Audi Body Styles B7-B8 A4 or S4, or even S5 suspension will match up with the RS4s (since parts are hard to find)

    B7 RS4 Suspension

I did the PSS9 and been very happy. I would just buy new coils, Öhlins, KW-V3 or PSS9, or some old/rebuilt stasis/Öhlins motorsports rather than going for the cheaper solution you might regret down the road. Assuming that you decided to give up on OEM, and are not willing to repair/replace them, and associated cost.

I finally replaced the dreadful DRC's on my 40k mile RS4 with a set of KW V3's and could not be happier. The car feels like the way Audi should have engineered it from the beginning.

    B7 RS4 Suspension

I have a full RS4 suspension with one leaky shock if you're looking for parts.

And I'm also on V3s, and it's an awesome setup.

KWV3, PSS9's, or my personal favorite Ohlins TTX36. Are all solid choices. Can go wrong with any of those. A car like the rs4 deserves a good suspension set up.

Just my personal opinion, but I'd stay away from airbags. After being in a friends car when a bag failure occurred, I'd never put those on any of my cars. Seems too dangerous for a sports sedan. You could seriously injure yourself or other motorists out on the road because of a failure with on of the bags.

I know others will vouch for bags, and say they are amazing and handle just as well as coil overs. Probably will post some biased test done by airlift as well. But at the end of the day I've never had a good coilover system fail, and you can always set them up to feel exactly how you want.
