Carista has updated its app, but the only thing it does for the B9 A4 is "Basic OBD2 Diagnostics."
They also seem to have a new pricing plan, but I don't know how that will affect people who already have purchased their pro app.
I'm hoping they come up with some customizations for the B9 before too long.
