    New alternator new batter low voltage?

    after doing a clutch/ oilpan job on my car my battery light came on, driving it down the highway my battery died on me so I proceeded to get it home and replaced my battery which was 6 years old and that amazed me, anyway I replaced my alternator and got it tested because my battery light was on and it gave me a low voltage reading, please help could this be my belt tensioner or my belt or is this me being stupid

    Make sure your starter wiring is correct if you ever have any charging issues

    Check grounds especially since you did the clutch I believe there's a ground on one of the bellhousing bolts

    Yeah def check your grounds. My car ate two starters and three alternators before I got a specialist to find the problem lol
