Any trick to realigning the motor if its slightly off center?

After doing the AT/MT swap and putting it all together, I'm noticing that the motor sits closer to the driver side than passenger side, I'd say by as much as 1/2". I noticed that on the subframe bolts there's definitely room to push it the other way, and on the motor mounts just slightly off center.
I tried supporting motor with a jack and loosening all the connections but couldn't really shift much. Has anyone had to do this? Any tricks to doing this?

    Thanks.

There are subframe alignment tools. Sounds like what you need. These are what came up in a quick Google search.

    And this thread looked helpful.
