Front bumper side grill...Advice - easy or hard to repair?

I have a neighbor with a 2009 Q5 3.2. Something flew up on the expressway and took out one of her black side grills. I am looking for guidance/advice. Is this an easy fix or a harder fix? Where's the best place to buy this part at a reasonable price?

Picture of grill missing (needing replacement):

    Thanks!
