2 gear shifting problem ...

i swaped my 2.7t from auto to 6mt i used tdi gearbox

when i drive normal 2 gear shift normal

when accelerate hard cant get the 2 gear in there is no nosie no grind ,,,,, just cant get it in 2 gear untile i lose some rpm ..

the 2nd gear synchros are bad, possibly the 2nd gear as well, depending on how bad and how long it's been grinding.

it is not grinding when drive normal or when accelerate .........what another things can make the 2 gear not get in ...

Did you adjust the shifter and linkages after
finishing up your swap? If the adjustments been
done and you can't grab 2nd at all I concur on the
rebuild. I'm guessing you bought a used TDI box
as well. They are stout units but there's no telling
what the jerk off before you did to it.

Shifter linkage problems usually affect sets of gears, not just one. You could have a clutch that is not releasing but usually it shows up in all gears, and reverse is the one that is that is affected the most with a clutch problem.

Or the tdi transmission you got was bad to begin with.

Sometimes when i tray to get it in revers it is get in 1 gear
The clutch and flywheel is new has just something like 200 km...
