Hi guys i recently got into an accident and cracked wheel.

Was thinking of getting a cheap set of wheels. Giovanni 20x10 40 offset.

    272000032436

    Link to ebay .

Would this give me good clearance with 295 tires? Was really diggin the looks of beefy 295.

I have a 2.0 q5 2013. Thank you guys... wheel noob here haha

Those won't work without spacers. Their offset it too high. If you're planning on running 295's, I would suggest 12-15mm spacers. The problem comes from the clearance of the front spindle or "steering knuckle." I have ET+30 with 295/21's, and there is no more than 4mm clearance. The ECS 12.5 should be perfect, but it depends on the tire as well, since they all vary a little in actual dimensions.

    2016 SQ5, Sepang, Black Optic, Technology, BBS CH-R Gold 20x10.5 with 295's
-2014 SQ5, Monsoon, Sans pano, totaled by a Xanexed-out broad in a Denali XL

Between 25 & 30, depending on the actual tire size.
Tire manufacturers aren't that accurate, so different ones can range +/-5mm.
What I did, was to get my wheels in ET+30, and then mounted a 295 for fitment testing.
I expected to need something like 3-5mm spacers, but I got lucky.
They fit perfect without any rub or poke.
Of course, 25's would be safe with all 295's.

I'm running 20x10 ET30 with Potenza S001 295/35. Barely enough clearance in the front.
