Finally deciding between pioneer/kenwood

After a lot of research, I've decided between either the DDX9702S OR the AVH-4200NEX. - LEANING TOWARD THE 4200

Steering wheel controls are important, so I'm glad enfig has something for the 4200NEX from this post - does the kenwood have a similar adapter?

Also, is there a specific install kit and wiring harness for both?

I have for both. I have the 4200NEX in my car and i'm happy with it.
