1.8T Stage 2 Stock Exhaust and Exhaust cutout?

Currently have a 1.8t with a 3'' catless downpipe. No cats on the exhaust at all either. I'm running the stock K03 and am looking to do an APR Stage 2+ upgrade. If I recall, Stage 2+ requires exhaust upgrade, but was wondering if I ran a cutout after the DP I could benefit from the tune, and not hurt me when the cutout is closed. Car is a 2001 Avant, do I have a k03 or k03s?

Should be a ko3s. You should have an awm head code originally too. If originally its awm you have ko3s.
