Hey guys so I've never owned an audi before but have my eye on a 1.6 petrol b7 a4 (ireland) I'm just wondering if this car is a genuine s-lime as I haven't the slightest clue and thought you guys would know better.

So take a look and tell me what you think thanks guys

I am not very familiar with European models, but the exterior is not an S-Line, but it does have the sport front seats and steering wheel. Wish those seats were available in the US.

After some looking around that's what I thought? Is it possible to buy different standards? For example an s line interior with regular exterior? Or did this guy just switch the seats, steering wheel and shifter?

That's not an S-Line, just has some interior bits swapped in. No harm in that at all, especially those seats. They are luvverly. We don't get the 1.6 here in the U.S. so we can't speak to tuning, etc. either.

1.6L non turbo? Ewww that will be painful. Get a 2L as a minimum. Even then 2T if possible.

Ah that's a Shame, even though the interior looks nice it seems like a lot of effort? Even going as far too change the rub strips

Can't afford that over here, fuel cost is crazy expensive not to mention road tax every year on a 2 litre. Even insurance, im 24 and the cheapest I found was €1500.

If you cannot afford the fuel, I would suggest getting another car entirely. Audis are not cheap to run or maintain period.

I could afford the 1.6 over here to run a 2 litre would be roughly €100 so basically 110 us dollars for the week in petrol, then you pay road tax to the government which is another €1000 for 12 months, then insurance would be around €5000. So yea the 1.6 still a nice clean comfortable car which works out a fuck load cheaper!
