I'm selling my car only because I bought a newer B7. I'm the 3rd owner. I've had it for 4 years. It's been garage kept the entire time. If you need it to be cheaper, I can put a different set of wheels on the car (B7 S4 Avus). I can also put a factory A4 interior in it. These things are negotiable.
