4.2 RS4 timing solenoids

Trying to figure out how to remove the timing solenoids in my 07 RS4. I have the Bentley manual and cannot find the r&r of these in it. I didn't want to damage anything pulling on them until I found out more info. Thanks to anyone that has any info.

very easy,remove the bolt,turn them a little,pull out,sometimes they stuck a bit,you can wiggle them a bit
