New Gates Water Pump - Roller flange looks out of round (vid)

The inner belt guide flange on my new gates water pump looks out of round. I'd remove and check the impeller, but 1) the belt drive surface appears round and 2) I've already torqued into place. Does this seem like it will be problematic down the road?

are sure it is not on center. it looks like it might be. it actually looks like the it is width of the flange on the pulley that is not consistent around the circumference.

Yeah I think it might be. I know my drill is a little wonky but I think the center shaft of the wp is fine. I'm wondering if that inconsistent flange will end up vibrating this thing to pieces.
