Rear parking sensors not working since service...

My rear parking sensors have not been working since my last service. The radio also stopped muting when i put the car into reverse. When I go to the settings section of the MMI for these options everything is grayed out and can not be selected.

I have the MMI unlocked, can i fix this through the secret menu?

I totally forgot that I recently had the rear quarter painted also. They may have taken the bumper off. Is there a sensor or something that needs to be reconnected?

I would say it's a fair assumption that something wasn't plugged back in.
