How to fix Scratched Window Trim

After getting my car back from the dealer, it looks like they hit the trim while waxing the car and scratched the trim. Also there are white specs of something that has set into the trim and cannot be removed. They are going to fix the problem, but I was just wondering how would you fix something like that.
