Hello quick question for you! So I have a 2016 S7 and considering your stabilizer bars and front and rear adjustable end links. Can you explain what the end links would do for my car? I get the stabilizer bars but just not sure on the end links.
    Thanks,

    Sorry about the delay DJpeaksd!

There are several benefits to using our spherical end links.

The OEM rubber bushings deflect, which equates to loss of energy (as much as 20% of the energy being transferred is lost). This energy loss begins to increase as the rubber ages. When the rubber end links don't transfer the full amount of energy, it effects the side to side transition of the sway bar. Adding aftermarket sway bars that are stiffer, means more stress on the rubber bushings. This will wear the OEM bushings out even faster equating to more energy lost. Short of visually inspecting the rubber bushings, there won’t be any signs that would alert you that they are not doing their job. This is why the OEM prefers rubber bushings, as they won’t draw you back to the dealership complaining of symptoms, until it is way past your warranty period. When the Teflon lining of the rod ends or bearings begin to compress, they start to exhibit noise, indicating that it is time for a rebuild. Now this small amount of free play caused by the compressed Teflon lining does not mean that you cannot use them for another 5000+ miles. It just means that it would be a good idea to rebuild them sooner or later.

They also allow for adjustability to remove pre-load if the car is lowered. When the car is lowered from the original stock height, the OEM links will be pulled upwards from their resting position, which in turn creates the pre load. So, the adjustable links allow the wheels and tires to be in a neutral state, which is what you want to achieve optimal handling.

Finally, our end links have free rotating spherical bearings, compared to OEM rubber bushings that will not rotate. When the factory installs the end links, they are installed with the car under full load (suspension compressed). So the arms would be in their neutral resting position. The problem is that it is extremely hard to get access to those links with the car at its resting ride height, especially when the cars are lowered on springs or coilovers. So, when you tighten the OEM links with the car up on the lift or on jack stands, you are tightening them up in a un-sprung position, which is not their resting position. Thus, when the vehicle is brought down onto its full weight it causes additional pre-load. The spherical bearings are great because they can freely rotate to their neutral resting position regardless of the position of the suspension is in when the bolts are torqued down.

So when will you be providing a black version of the sway bars? This would match the other componets under the car, including the Alu-Kreuz & end links.

Unfortunately we don't have any plans right now to sell the sway bars in black.

Are the current ones powered coated or normal paint?
