I need some and help and was not able to find anything on Audizine.
Little background on the car:
- Timing Belt/Head gasket replaced 5k ago
- Most of the hoses and sensors replaced on the cooling system
- Vacuum Line Replaced 5k ago
- I have done a lot more work on the car but the things listed are pertinent to the problem IMO.
First I thought it was my DV, but the boost is smooth and consistent through and through. There is no hissing or inconsistent noise.
I should probably get a boost gauge to see what I am boosting at now. Feels like stock levels with added little extra from the exhaust and the HFC.
Any info on this would help.
My Set UP
- GIAC 1+
- TT 386cc Injectors
- 034 HFC
- AWE Cat back Exhaust
- NKG BKR7E’s gaped at .04 with 2.0T coil pack (Might be the problem since most people run at .028 or .032)
I got a CEL and my car does not pull nearly as hard.
I am getting the P0171 Bank 1 System is too Lean
Suggested to replace the crankshaft position sensor (which I did before the GIAC flush)
Also it gave me two other possible codes that could be the cause:
- P0102 MAF Sensor Circuit Low Input
- P0411 Secondary Air Injection Incorrect Upstream Flow Detected
Do you guys think it might be from NKG gaping? I cant imagine it is, because it ran like a dream for 179 miles.
Please Help!!
