Go figure, I booked my Stg 2+ appointment today for next Wed at my local dealer not even realizing there was a sale. The sale came at literally the perfect time! Huge savings for my Canadian brethren out there since Unitronic charges us in CAD funds vs USD for all the other tunes. An easy 30%+ savings right there.

Steve@Unitronic: Any updates on whether the Uniconnect cable can work on multiple cars yet? I recall there was a Unitronic supplier on here saying that the cable is tied to just one ecu until Unitronic updates the software or something along those lines. The wife's 2.0L Q5 is in desperate need of a tune too!

I understand, but this software is easy to use and no need for the authorized dealers help. I'm all for using local dealers for hardware and I will be using mine for an exhaust in the future but for this software not needed. If stage 2+ like mine then yes all in, but the software is easy and straight forward.

First, thanks for the kind words about the applications simplicity. I'm not so much referring to their help/assistance in the matter on a support side, as we handle the majority of Client's UC/UC+ tech concerns directly, but we always prefer Clients to support our Authorized Dealer Network with the business, to support their workshop/business.

I'm stage 1+ with Unitronic and got to 292kmh (180mph) before choking, so I would say speed limiter is removed...

I didn't receive a PM, but perhaps you sent to one of my colleagues. The factory safety limiters, with regard to the engine/component protection are retained. The speed limiter is "removed".
