Kuda Phone Mount

Has anyone used the Kuda phone mount in there S3? I have had it in my GTI and liked it but wanted to check the fit on the S3. I dont want to use a magnetic case/holder because - I dont want to change the case I have (thin carbon) . I like this solution better than the proclip as it looks more OEM but also hate taking apart center consoles.

I have the Proclip. It is adjustable for different case sizes.

I don't know why anyone would consider any mount other than Carl's mount (above). It is absolutely the best solution out there.

It looks like a grate mount but I dont want a magnetic mount that I have to use a magnetic case for or one that can accommodate the magnet. I like a thin or no case at all on my phone and thus it will not work.

I can definitely see passenger complaining about this one.

A mount in between the two center A/C vents holding a phone vertically is the best solution. It takes up no passenger space, and places the phone right below the MMI retractable screen.

If you don't like the magnetic mount, you can change that to a Garmin 17mm ball, then any of the iOttie mounts can be used with that ball.

I also recommend the proclip mount. It's in the perfect position for me and since I have a nexus 6P now I
don't feel that it detracts away from the MMI screen if it was placed directly under it like other mounts.
I only used the proclip usa base mount and then found an adjustable clip mount on amazon to screw into the base
so that various sizes of phones would fit.

I couldn't think of the proper description and that about does it. I just has such an 'add-on' look to me that I would not like it as I believe it detracts from the clean look of the interior.

I use a very thin case on my iPhone 6S+ There is a very thin metal piece that can stick on the outside or inside of a very thin case. You can even stick it on the phone if you wanted to go case-less. That's how thin it is.
