Trying to post car for sale

I've been trying to post my car for sale for the last few days but I am unable to. I have tried my cell phone and my laptop with no luck however I am able to post in the parts for sale classifieds. This is the screen I keep getting

Can we create the ad with our iOS device and then edit it with the full online interface?

edit: yes, it appears this work around works. Create the ad with your iOS device using the application and edit it with the full interface.
