Very frustrated with my bulbs, to the point where I may just swap them back out of the car. Both front dome, passenger side sun visor, rear dome, and trunk blink on and off like a strobe light. Happens when the car is on or off and it's driving me nuts. I've taken the bulbs out and reinstalled to make sure they are properly seated and this hasn't helped. Here is a video of them in action.

I have the same issue with both my vanity lights. They seem work fine as long as another light is on somewhere else.

Have you contacted the company at all? I'm thinking about asking for a full refund and shipping the bulbs back to them. Nothing more frustrating that a strobe light in your face while your driving because someone needs to use a light in the car.

Yeah, I emailed them. My issue is different than yours, though, after watching your video. Mine is a very mechanical strobe, and it only happens when the car is off. They said it's a voltage regulation issue that can't be fixed. But, bc I don't use those lights often, and either starting the car or turning on other lights fixes it, I am willing to live with it.

Those little dome bulbs are the same ones used in the back seat lights. Do those blink too? If not, swap the bulbs out to trouble shoot.

Yup, those blink as well. Strange, they seem to have gotten progressively worse over time. I'm convinced it's a bulb issue. At first only the 2 bulbs flickered, now others are starting.

For anyone interested I just picked up some led reverse light bulbs and led fog lights from deAutoLed for by 09 a5. I have no errors on either and they’re both super bright. Links and pictures are provided.
I know it’s hard to find error free reverse leds but these truly are plug and play, no resistors or coding necessary. Same for the led fogs.
