So my question is, will the stock coil pack harness and coil packs from a 2001 Awm work just as a 2.0t coil pack conversion in the mean time while i wait for the red top 2.0t coils to come in?

should be stock gap. the 2.0 coils allow for a larger gap

Grape is right, but something he didnt mention is you either need to swap valve covers or get hold downs for the coils if using an AEB valvecover

not sure ifthe awm coils need hold downs in an aeb cover, but the 2.0 coils can be ran on aeb without them.
