Need Help with RNS-E with BOSE in My 2002 Allroad

I installed RNS-E navigation in my 2002 Allroad with Bose.
The Bose amp went bad so I installed a JL Audio 4 channel amp in it's place. It sounds great and operated properly until I grounded the Bose pin.
Upon grounding the Bose pin it enabled some added features in sound control but the JL Audio amp doesn't turn off with the car or head unit any longer.
I searched Audizine and other Audi sites for solutions to this issue but can't seem to find any information.
    Has anyone else experienced this?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Guess nobody's had the same experience?
