Today tried to see how they would fit, and is rubbing the caliper.

How many mm spacers should I get?
    Suspension: Bilstein PSS 9 Coilover
    Caliper: Stock

What size of tires should I get? The tires on it now is junk, 235/40/18. Thinking getting 225/40/18.

    Thanks

No one can answer that for sure. But you should be able to google a offset calculator to try to make the offsets similar.

stack washers on the bolt/studs until it clears, once it clears, measure the height of the washer stack, and now you know what spacer you need.
