Misfire in cylinder 6 only at idle?

Hello, I've only posted on here a billion times the last few months haha it's always something with my s4 but I love it regardless.

Anyway, I finally had it running great again... I just had to replace the flapper inside the intake manifold and after a week of no problems... Now it is running terribly. I don't have a Ross tech cable but I do have the foxwell scanner with vagcom and I am getting a few codes as well as some misfiring in cylinder 6.

The codes I get are as follows:

16590- injector cylinder 6 (n84) circuit malfunction p0206 -static- interruption

16684- random multiple cylinder misfire detected p0300

    16690- cylinder 6 misfire detected: p0306

18048- internal contr. Module (eeprom) error: p1640 -static- short circuit to another valve

I had vagcom running live data while the car was running and it's only detecting a misfire in cylinder 6 when its idling, if I give it gas in neutral it stops misfiring until I let off.. When I try to drive, there is serious power loss, a flashing check engine light, and the tone of the exhaust is totally different. It almost sounds like there's a towel stuck in the cat. I replaced the crank position sensor today with a brand new one, I replaced the coil packs on cylinders 5 and 6 with new ones, as well as moved the spark plugs to different cylinders too but it still only misfires in cylinder 6. I also removed the fuel rail and cleaned off each injector with no results.

This has me totally confused and idk what to do really at this point so I'm hoping someone has some insight on what to do next. Thank you!

Well the injector cylinder 6 code seems telling that the issue is potentially with the injector rather than the ignition. I'd swap injectors with another cylinder and see if the problem moves. If not, it could be an ECU issue. I remember reading another thread on here in which a member ended up chasing it down to a bad output pin on his actual ECU. A replacement ECU fixed the issue. But, I'd obviously start with the much cheaper injector and rule that out first.

Is there any chance it could be a faulty fuel pump relay? I just took it out (the grey one labeled 614) and it looks burnt a bit where the metal pins meet the plast and when I shake it, it rattles like whatever is inside is loose and free.

No you need to swap the injector like the previous person stated. Your problem is with an injector. The relay would cause the car to not run at all if it were the issue

So I swapped injectors and am still showing a misfire in cylinder 6. I put everything back to together and it did run better and drive better too, but it's vibrating while I drive and has an intermittent flashing cel. I cleared the codes, then drove and the cel came back on. The codes it is showing again are

16590- injector cylinder 6 (n84) circuit malfunction: p0206 -static- interruption

17800 camshaft position sensor bank 2 (g163): open short to plus: p1392 -static- value of resistance too small

17746 camshaft position sensor (g40) open or short to plus: p1338 -static- value of resistance too small

18048 internal contr. Module (eeprom) error: p1640

16684 random multiple cylinder misfire detected : p0300

    16690 cylinder 6 misfire detected: p0306

    Any ideas?
