Overturf is located in Kennewick, WA.

Have any of you had any experience with them? I'm considering purchasing a car from them and I'm located in Denver. They've been pretty terrible about responding to inquiries and sending me something as simple as a pre-inspection report that they should have on file from when they first brought the car in. All of it seems odd since I'd think they'd be motivated to sell a car before month end.

Anyways, any information would be appreciated.

I used them for oil changes and tend to check out their inventory to pass the time. I haven't been impressed with the last two oil changes. They left my motor mounts disconnected twice and my AC once. Anyways, their car prices are high for my taste. Check out cars in Seattle and Portland.

I may be too late, but I leased my '15 Allroad from them back in 2014. Overturf had the interior color I wanted (Lt Gray), which none of the Audi dealers on the west side of the Cascades had in stock.

No issues with the sales staff or the sales management. Took approximately 2.5 hours from initial test drive to finalizing the lease terms & signing the paperwork. Overall, a good experience.

I dealt with Doyle Turner there when I bought my allroad this January and it was the absolute best experience I've ever had buying a car. If it wasn't for me chatting him up I would have been out of there in 15 minutes. I tried to make a deal at a few dealerships around Seattle but they thought there car was worth way more than it was and would not deal at all. I'll buy my next one there for sure.
