Using different Track Pads Front & Back ?

I have been using Raybestos St-43 pads for 3 track days on stock rotors. On 3rd day, pulsing went from almost-none to excessive and surface cracking on front rotors became excessive. So I just bought FrozenRotor slotted rotors for the front and plan to use Carbotech XP-10 on the front. The rear Raybestos pads have almost no wear and there are no problems in the rear. So I was considering finishing 4 more track days this summer without changing the rear brake setup unless needed.

Is there any obvious performance imbalance problems using different vendor pads front to back ? I see a lot performance brake kits for the front only, so maybe performance differences between front and back aren't that big a deal . . but I can only guess. Anyone have something more than a guess ? I am not going to use Raybestos on the front again because the current pads came with backing plates that had shop welded modifications when I got them and they had incredible rattling problems. They did have great stopping power however.

I suppose its a factor that the car has APR stage 1 tuning and runs on E85.
