damn, sorry to see that! Hopefully everyone was alright, that looks like a pretty bad accident. if you can get them to scrap the driver's side headlight, ecodes would be a good idea!

Having already crashed one of these things I can tell you she probably didn't feel a thing unless it was an airbag. Mine was a little worse, and was totaled at $39K damage.

I was extremely surprised at how much damage there was when I barely felt a thing. I sit so far back the airbags didn't touch me.
Good look with the repairs, and keep us updated of the progress.

Nope no airbag deployed and q5 guarded everyone well. No one was hurt.

I was thinking rsq5 grilles and ecodes for a moment. At the moment im not sure what todo i have about 16month left on pmnt was thinking about trading it in.

Any idea on how much itll depreciate in value after an accident like this?

I guess we hit a similar weak spot ...the front corner. But in my case my wife hit a cabbie with passengers so i got my fingers crossed.

I'm very glad to hear no one was hurt. Good luck with the repairs and the fun choices.

Total tangent. My wife was recently in accident in her '07 Lexus ES. She LOVES that car. She was rear-ended by an idiot paying zero attention, and as these things go, I think we were actually fortunate said idiot was uninsured. Our insurance company treated us like royalty. Anyway....over $7k in damage and nearly three weeks to repair. Damage, especially on unibody cars, always seems to cost dramatically more than you might first guess.

It looks like the front group is swayed so that means it has to go on a frame machine to re-align it, big dollars.

Does accidents like these void warranty also? Like it gets reported to void warranty or when they see new parts they void it somehow?

I only have like a yr left on it but was thinking of purchasing extended warranty

So i went for Kw street comfort and new wheels. Thx to fellow ziners.

Still need cpl things fixed like parking sensor and rev cam not working for some reason..... meh trip to the dealer soon.

Any idea why the rev cam parking sensor may not be working?
