B5 s4 trans problem. Please help!

Car started this after a launch. I was still able to drive the car after this (drive 2-3 miles.) The car shifts out fine and no grinds In any gears. The input shaft spins, but hits a hard spot and stops. When it's in gear, I can spin the rear flange and everything is normal until it hits the hard spot, at that point the input shaft stops spinning and the front cv flanges spin backwards. I can't find any info on anyone else having this problem.

Link to noise while everything was still in the car: https://youtu.be/waqhWou_AY4
Link to show what input shaft is doing: https://youtu.be/sAKwDosmhgg
    Link to show trans: https://youtu.be/cspjiwktlNI

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

Time for a rebuild bud. Looks like you busted something.

Or if you want to do it yourself: https://jhmotorsports.com/shop/catal...ar-p-2054.html

However if you do it yourself you are likely going to need additional parts that we can source for you.

Your going to need more than a rebuild. You have probably bent or broken a tooth on first gear. You will likely need a mainshaft, and first gear, and possibly a second gear depending on how mated it is to the main shaft.
