I want to make/buy the RS Style Grille I'm looking for the grille like this

I am not going to sugarcoat this for you, it is quite a pain in the ass. Lots of precision cutting, measuring, trimming, careful and patient glue work, and painting. If you aren't 1000% confident in yourself to make it, your best bet is to buy the rs6 grille from ebay, buy a used a4 grille from the forums, and pay a custom shop to do it for you. They should be able to do it for around $150-$200. The rs6 grille can be had for $140, and you should be able to find a used a4 grille for cheap. Then it is just a matter of removing your bumper and swapping out your stock grille with the new one. This way, you don't have to worry about messing up your stock grille, or your car being out of commission for any amount of time, and then you can sell you OEM grille and make a little of that money back.
