Help: name of part

Tonight, I realized the dealer forgot to put the plastic cover that goes on top of radiator and air duct. With the plastic cover normally on, I shouldn't be able to see the radiator from the top.
Could you please let me know the name of the part? The picture I took tonight is without the cover.

It's scary that each time I go to independent mechanic or dealer, I find something that doesn't belong to the car or missing something that belongs to the car.

Why not call the dealer and ask them to please install all the pieces to your car? Was this after a service that you noticed it was gone?

Yes, SlickMachine. The forgot to put it back after their diagnosis.
I noticed when I was adding engine oil at night. They put it back on, and are offering complimentary detailing for the inconvenience.
