Sputters when given gas and rough idle after turbo replacement

So I got a used ko3 from a member on here and put it in today. I'm 99% sure everything is back together the way it should be.. When I turned it on for the first time it had a rough idle and died when I gave it gas. Now this happens...

After I give it gas the RPMs dive and I can feel the gas pedal pull towards the front of the car. Before putting this in I also tightened the wastegate so there were 3-4 threads left. At first I thought it was just the MAF... Anyone know what the f*ck is going on?

this looks and sounds like a TBA "Throttle body alignment" is needed

Remember to change your blinker fluid it may go bad on you!

The battery wasn't disconnected and all vacuum lines should be in the same condition as before the swap. Could the wastegate be too tight and cause all this to happen?

no, it wouldn't cause that issue. Sounds like a giant vacuum leak.

could have possibly installed your MAF backwards if you have a aftermarket turbo inlet intake setup?

everyone told me my car had a vacuum leak, other than like 1 person, who said to atleast try a TBA first off, Tried it, It was a TBA, same symptoms :) ^^^also it could be the MAF being backwards.
