Thinking of selling my 2013 A4 P+ sport, looking for advise on what makes the most financial sense to get this done.

Car currently has just the following mods remaining on it, other than the spacers it will cost money to remove the cat, tune springs.

    -APR Stg2 tune
    -Eurocode hi flo cat
    -H&R OE springs
    -H&R 15/20mm spacers

Option 1 sell the car as is.
Option 2 pay ~$1000 to remove all mods, sell as stock then sell the mods.
Option 3 remove just the tune, sell as is.

Appreciate some input. Also if I did decide to trade it in obviously I would lose money but do they care about mods?

You for sure trading it in? You might see what they'll offer you as it sits, then decide what you want to do.

I'd list it for sale by owner. You arent going to get your money back on the mods in in any of those scenarios and trading it in is usually the absolute worst decision in terms of financial sense.

Why is option 3 an option? Does the car have a reliable O2 spacer? If not, you'll just be selling the car with a CEL. It's not like you can take the tune off of the car and sell it to somebody else.

Intent is to sell 3rd party, only mentioned the trade in because I was curious how dealers handle that.

Car does have a reliable O2 spacer, drove it for a year with it before going stg2 and it has never thrown a code. Thinking if someone doesn't like sound of buying a car with a tune I could remove that for cheap.

Never sold a car with mods on it, appreciate the comments.

Sell as is. It's not worth it removing mods and selling them. You'll most likely not even get the money back you spend on removing the mods after selling them.

That's a good point. I doubt you'd get the $1000 you're planning on spending in labor for the HFC, springs and spacers. Also, do you still have the stock cat and springs to replace those with?

Sell it as-is and make the buyer aware of the mods, or trade in as-is without mentioning the mods. I traded in my last car as it sat and, including the tax incentive for trading in, netted fair trade-in value per NADA.
