I'm finally getting my engine back together after replacing the passenger camshaft.
Though I labeled most things so I could get them reconnected correctly, there was one flexible
pneumatic tube I believe is for emissions that I am not sure where it goes. The platform I hold in my hand rest on the back of the intake manifold.
The tube you see coming down by my pinky finger I am not sure where it goes.

right now I have it connected to a regulator on the fuel rail on driver side. Is this correct?

    NICE!
    thanks John.

for the hard lines that you replaced with flexible tubing, did you cover those with anything like flex tubing to protect from the heat?

Yeah, SlickFix did a sweet job on that DIY post.

The one vacuum hard line (small plastic pipe) I have replaced was at the front of the head on the driver's side. I did not cover it with anything, just used silicone vacuum hose. Napa PN and image here (image of hoses, not the one in question though): Project-for-to-bring-my-2003-A4-B6-3-0-back-to-life-in-increase-steps.

Does that answer your question? Or are you asking about crankcase ventilation piping?
