What's up guys? New to the forums and new to Audi ownership I picked up my 2010 s4 a few weeks back and am looking to change the oil. I've read up on many different brands used but am curious as to what you guys are using? I have been leaning towards "LiquiMolly" any thoughts or comments are appreciated as I want the best for my car and am very meticulous about maintaining my cars. Thanks in advance

Motul specific or Castrol full synthetic 5w40

I bought a magnetic drain plug to replace the oem one and drained the oil from the pan as it works better getting the contaminates out imo. A few of our vendors sell a complete oil change kit.

I have been looking into getting a magnetic drain p lug, I have access to a lift so I probably won't need an extractor I'm also a bit old fashion d when it comes to stuff like that, what kind of mileage interval are you changing the castrol 5w40 at?

Don't get an ecs magnetic plug, it will fail eventually. Stick with a cheap steel one.

any VW 502 00 oil will work just fine. Mobil 1 0W40 seems the cheapest one.
