Good Audi Mechanic/Dealer mechanic

Hi everyone,
my first Audi, it's been just over a month and so far the experience has been good.
The only thing not making it great is that I keep getting an intermittent rattle in the car.

I have taken it to Midtown twice now and although they say it's fixed, it comes back. The second
time I brought it in I am not sure they even worked on it. So I am reaching out to you guys

Any dealers who offer good service and technical know how who may be able to fix my issue here?
If it's an independent shop, I am cool with that too, just as long as they can solve it.

That would drive me crazy!! You don't need a shop, your dealer needs a kick in the ass. Brand spanking new 2017 vehicle. That's BS. When I was reading your post before I saw the video, I was thinking you're driving an old car not a 2017.

you have to rich out to your Sale Rep,
I've dealt with Midtown a while back, and no issues.
trying to have other dealer take over such issue could be very hard.

but you can try Pfaff, if this is "known" problem then good service adviser will be aware of it, even if Unofficially.
