I think you misunderstand what face lift means.

A facelift is the front end style change you see for example on a 2012 A4 versus a 2013 A4.

What your posting is just a RS4 grill for an A4 which many people have including myself. Its a great mod. So in regards to your question while phrased wrong the answer is yes. That is a good upgrade for the A4. And there are many threads on it.

Since your new im going to give you a little advice before the flamming starts....i suggust you do some research and a lot of reading especially before you create a new thread. People are going to give you a lot of shit for creating a thread like this without searching first that would of given you an answer in a few seconds

To facelift your car, you are going to need bumper, headlights, hood, and front fenders. Unless you happen to get in a really bad front end accident, its not worth it.
This is just an RS style grille. Descent price on it though.

RS4 Grill is an affordable and easy mod to complete. It will require removal of your front bumper, however; there are plenty of DIY threads on here - Google is your friend.
Did mine last week in just over an hours time.
