What is freeze frame data? Plug looks healthy to me. Would help to see it from the top as well.

Question... What type of tool unscrews and pulls out spark plugs. Mine keep falling back into the 'well'.

If you are using a registered version of VCDS then there is an option to show freeze frame data. That should show you all other sensor values when the misfire occurred. Freeze Frame is an OBDII thing, but VCDS supports it.

Anyways, your plug looks good, I would try moving the #2 coil pack to a different cylinder and see if the misfire moves with it. If in doubt about the plug you could do a separate swap with another cylinder and see if it moves.

You can also use the coil pack to "grip" the spark plug after it's been unthreaded all the way. I did this when I did not have a spark plug socket handy.
