Check engine light came on

So this happened as I was accelerating up a hill today on a 5 hr drive, I hoping it's maybe just a dirty intake filter? Read quickly on line about both codes.
Any of you guys have any experience with these two codes?

I say at a minimum clean air filter, reset codes. if it comes back, check throttle body for cleanliness.
That's what I'd do.

Cool ya I already reset the codes and will clean the air filter once I get home next week.
I've been having bad luck lately with vehicles so I got a bit worried.

TCU tune as well or no? Just Stage 1 and nothing else? What ADS mode were you when you got this?

Just stage 1 no TCU tune yet, I was in comfort at maybe 3000rpm.

Gotcha, thanks. Is this the first time this has happened? Was it hot out? Like maybe over 90 degrees F?

Gonna have to check that out. Breaking out the old laptop now to see.

Nope, no updates to Stage 1 B8 file. Still a 3/17/16 date on it. According to the other thread, I think the updates were only done to the 8.5 files.

P0068 - I had the same issue with my B8 S4 at 50K miles. All I did was clean the throttle body, reset the code and the check engine light went away. You can search up tutorials on how to clean the throttle body. Also, after I cleaned it, the car idles so much smoother.

Mine is at 52km and I read about cleaning the throttle body on line but it's good to hear that worked for you I hope mine is the same issue.

Yes first time and it was 30 degree Celsius at the time.

Cleaned my throttle body and did a throttle body adaptation. We'll see if the codes come back. I've noticed searching through the S4 section, those codes are notorious with aftermarket intakes.

Well got home from work last night, 4hr drive and nothing. I tried different speeds, hard acceleration and slow, nothing came up so I'm hopping it was a glitch of some sort.
Still gonna check the filter on the intake this am but I'm relived it didn't come back on the drive home.
