getting wheels bored

is this common?
found a set of VMR 708's.
Hub is 57.1, B8 S4 is 66.6 i think

said wheels are a really good deal, ive called several machine shops and they dont seem to understand what i need.
anyone in DFW know of a place?

actually found a place that will do them for $35 a wheel.
will i have any offset issues

The offset that they were at when you bought them should remain the same, even after the hub is bored to the new diameter.
