20" peelers from Q5 fit on s4 with no problems?

i might be trading a set of wheels off of my gti for a set of wheels for my S4 and another set to go back on the gti... The dude gave me a handful of possible wheels to pick for the audi, but i kinda settled on the 20" peelers that I assume from reading are off of a Q5. I wasent even aware that they were offered in 20" in OE form until i looked it up and saw that they are. I've seen some people run them, but wasent sure if anything needed done as far as the centerbore needing adjusted or if they are the same?

the car is on stock suspension, i would like to eventually lower it on either some OE springs or just do coilovers for the adjustment. So this leaves me with tire choice, which I am unfamiliar with since the biggest wheels i've ever had were 18". Is a 35 series tire too big for a 20? i know people usually run them on 19s but with how roads are around here and being on stock suspension, I want all the tire I can get without looking overly stupid. I was leaning towards a 245/35 falken 453. Right now it has some 265/45 (or maybe 40) tires which seem like SUV size.

....i'd like to keep tire sizes as best I can to avoid having the speedometer be off

    thanks in advance

I'd suggest researching what the hub size, bolt patern, width and offest are on the q5 wheels then match that to the S4.
For tires - you will want a 30 sidewall

These are 20x9 peeler reps. They are on 245 / 35 / 20 tires with a 35 ET at stock height. I have room to lower if i want. You will want to check all the specs before you do anything.

Your ODO will be approx 3% off off running 245/35 20's. If you want a bigger sidewall than 30 then run 19's.

Yes good all 3% is more like 2.8%. Wheel diameter increase goes from 26.03 or 661.1mm to 26.75mm or 679.5 mm. Yes sidewall does decrease to 3.38 or 85.75mm from 3.51 or 89.25mm. In the end doing 60 mph actual speed on the 20" will be 61.6 mph..

I did do some research over the weekend. Looks like center bore is the same, so shoudn't be any issues mounting up.

I've never been good with offsets or tire sizes though no matter how much I read.... The wheels are et33 8.5" wide. I do plan to eventually lower it on just some h&r oe springs as I dont want an excessive drop, and it wont be for quite awhile as I have another project car i'm working on. Is a 245/35/20 a decent size? i dont want any stretch at all and dont want the car to look stupid if its on stock ride height for awhile.

oh and the car currently has a 225/45 18 on it, id assume if i put a 245/35 on the 20 i shouldn't have much of an issue with the speedo reading differently, right? since im essentially keeping almost the same rolling diameter by dropping to a 35 instead of a 45? unless it doesnt work that way.

i know a 30 series is more ideal for a 20 but with the way roads are around here and not planning to lower it alot i thought a 35 would be the best bet....?

Check this, there will be a small error.
30 series is not so bad if you put wider tires on, i.e. If you put 275 on 20x9.5 it's actually pretty comfy. I'm running 275s on my ch-r 20x9 on bumpy LA roads. It's actually comparable to 255s on 19x9.5 which I used to run with.
Note if you put 35 series on 20 inch rims not only you have a small speedo error but also you car will be slightly higher off the ground, which could look bad if you are not lowering the car.

a 275 seems a little wide for an 8.5, i dont want something super beefy..im essentially keeping the same width just about (i think) just going up 2" in size of wheel.

it looks like running a 245/30/20 would result in a .72% error in speed reading.... 60mph would be 60.43 mph.
