    Head Light Tab Replacement

    Went in for a quick CC mod to some newly acquired bi-xenon headlights, but they look to be been damaged in shipping and discovered this tab? to be broken, allowing the headlight to flap around like a 90 year old playing volleyball.




    Has anyone replaced one of these before? Does the lens need to come off? I am hoping not, as if it does need to, it'll snow ball into painting things, and doing STI lens and just extend this project out...

    Anyone have a junk headlight they can salvage one of these for me?

    That is not shipping damage. That broken adjuster is caused by incorrectly adjusting the headlight aim, turning the adjuster past the end of the allowed travel limit.
